1 Introduction and Definitions

994bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm age eligibility. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any balance returned minus withdrawal processing costs where applicable.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 994bet platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh phone number starting with 01. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username and password. 994bet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Any activity conducted through your account prior to such notification remains your sole responsibility.

3.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 994bet may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation including a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and proof of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal suspension until compliance is achieved.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

994bet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer methods. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 994bet does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the player's BDT wallet within 60 seconds of the mobile payment being confirmed. In rare cases of network delay or payment gateway maintenance, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit does not credit within that time, contact 994bet support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Black Diamond VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing. 994bet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion fee is applied to BDT transactions. Any conversion that a third-party payment provider applies independently is outside 994bet's control and is the player's sole responsibility.

4.5 Failed and Disputed Transactions

If a deposit payment is debited from your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet but does not credit to your 994bet balance, you must contact support within 7 days of the transaction date, providing the mobile wallet transaction ID. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be investigated. 994bet is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party mobile banking infrastructure.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Eligibility

Promotional offers published on the 994bet platform are available to eligible registered players who meet the stated criteria at the time the offer is claimed. 994bet reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion without providing a reason, particularly where abuse of bonus systems is suspected.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any portion of bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

994bet employs automated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements, using arbitrage strategies to exploit bonus terms, and coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value. Confirmed abuse will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

994bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to active accounts under the terms in force at the time of crediting.

6 Betting Rules and Game Terms

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the 994bet platform — including cricket, handball, football, kabaddi, and other markets — are subject to the specific sport and market rules published within the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence for that market.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the event does not commence within the time window specified by 994bet's settlement rules; a manifest error in odds pricing is identified prior to event commencement; or force majeure events prevent the event from taking place. 994bet's decision on void bet declarations is final.

6.3 Live In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are available for eligible events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international cricket fixtures. Odds during in-play markets change in real time. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled by the player. 994bet reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes on the 994bet platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 994bet does not control or influence the outcome of any game title. Each game's paytable, RTP (Return to Player) percentage, and rules are governed by the originating game provider.

6.5 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect game configurations, or system malfunctions that result in obviously erroneous payouts — 994bet reserves the right to void the affected bets or correct the error retrospectively. Players who knowingly exploit a manifest error will have their accounts suspended.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 994bet shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part thereof.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party mobile wallet or banking providers.
• Losses arising from bets placed under incorrect assumptions, including reliance on information from third-party sources.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits 994bet's liability for fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12 Account Closure and Suspension

12.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your 994bet account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after settlement of open bets) will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided KYC verification is complete. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of voluntary closure.

12.2 994bet-Initiated Suspension or Closure

994bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
